The Windsor Police Service is appealing to the public for help in finding a missing 84-year-old man.
Fabien Cassignol was last seen near the intersection of Wellington Avenue and Grove Avenue at 8 a.m. Saturday.
He is described as Middle Eastern and 6' tall with a thin build.
Cassignol was last seen wearing a red t-shirt, beige shorts and brown sandals.
Police said he is new to the city and does not speak English.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
