Two people were arrested after a break-in at a construction site on Giles Boulevard early Sunday.
Windsor police were called to the site near Windsor Avenue around 3 a.m. Investigators say two men entered the site illegally, triggering a motion sensor.
The perimeter of the site was secured, and officers searched the building. Two men were found on the third floor with wire-cutting tools. Both were arrested.
Police report that a 59-year-old and a 46-year-old were charged with break-and-enter at a place other than a dwelling.
