Two more people have entered the race in the Ward 2 byelection.
Krystalynn Singh and Frazier Fathers filed their nomination papers, joining Nick Amlin, Brian Green, and Helmi Charif.
Fathers is a researcher and consultant who has lived in the ward for 10 years. He also worked with many in the community during his time with the United Way.
"I'm deeply invested in the ward and I have a level of policy expertise that, through both my work and educational background that I think would make me an excellent city councillor," said Fathers.
Singh moved to Windsor in 2017. She owns a property management and renovations business that operates out of Ward 2.
"I understand the challenges that residents and business owners are facing because I work along side them every single day. I built my career on problem solving, managing budgets, navigating regulations, and these are skills that directly translate into effective council work," said Singh.
Singh has also promised to donate all of her council salary to the community.

The by-election October 27, 2025. The last day to file nomination papers is September 11.
