Police responded to a collision call in a parking lot on Front Road near River Avenue at around 4:30 p.m. on Sunday.
An officer interacted with one of the drivers and found signs of impairment.
A 48-year-old LaSalle man was arrested and charged with impaired driving and driving with excessive blood-alcohol content.
