Prequalification process begins for new Roseland clubhouse

The City of Windsor has put out the call to developers interested in transforming a south-end landmark.

The Expression of Interest (EOI) and Prequalification for Roseland was opened on Friday for a new clubhouse for the golf course and residential development.

The City is taking this route so it can identify developers with serious interest in redeveloping the land. From that point, the City will open a formal Request for Proposals (RFP).

Developers will be required to complete a Prequalification submission and an EOI that includes three parts.

  • Prequalification. Developers must demonstrate the skills, resources, and experience to construct the new clubhouse.

  • EOI. Developers will then present their vision for the residential development, including design concepts, business and financial plans, and a proposed purchase price for the land.

  • RFP. Approved developers will be invited to take part in a formal RFP for the clubhouse construction.

The Roseland clubhouse will be replaced with a new clubhouse, and the surrounding area with a residential development.

The deadline to submit an application is November 12.

Complete information on the process can be found on the City's official website.
