Fourth suspect arrested in disappearance of Windsor man

Windsor police have arrested a 27-year-old man in connection with the disappearance of David Pavao.

Officers found and arrested Colin Lusk on Sandwich Street near Brock Street on Thursday afternoon. He has been charged with first-degree murder and indecent interference with a deceased body.

Lusk is the fourth suspect being held in Pavao's disappearance, which occurred in mid-August, from a west Windsor street. Pavao disappeared with a woman, who was found soon after.

Police believe that Pavao has been murdered. The OPP reported last weekend that human remains had been found east of Timmins, but there has been no word since on any identification.

Windsor Police have already arrested 54-year-old Shane Ladouceur on a charge of first-degree murder, and 49-year-old Marie Christine Hannah for being an accessory after the fact to murder and indecent interference with a deceased body.

Investigators continue to search for 40-year-old Jason Vincent Smith, wanted for accessory after the fact to murder and indecent interference with a deceased body.

Smith is described as approximately 6’0” tall and 180 pounds, with a light complexion, medium build, brown hair, and hazel eyes.

Anyone with information on Smith's whereabouts, or on this case, should call Windsor police's Major Crimes Unit at (519) 255-6700, extension 4830. Anonymous tips may be submitted to Crime Stoppers at (519) 258-TIPS (8477).
