A 16-year-old is facing drug trafficking charges after an investigation by the Windsor Police Service.
Police report they were called to a home on Dufferin Place for a suspected trespasser just after 4 p.m. Tuesday.
Officers found a boy in the basement of the home who was seen trying to dispose of a substance in a sink.
Police say they searched the area and found 19.2 grams of crack cocaine, 16.2 grams of yellow fentanyl, $40 in cash, an iPhone, and a digital scale.
The total estimated value of the seized drugs is $3,216.
The 16-year-old was charged with possession of an illegal substance for the purpose of trafficking, and entering a premises when prohibited.
