More than three weeks after it happened, Windsor Police continue to investigate a collision that seriously injured a 14-year-old boy.
The boy was riding a scooter in the area of Dominion Boulevard and Norfolk Street on November 3 when he was struck by a vehicle.
The teen was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, and the driver remained at the scene.
Police are still looking for anyone who witnessed the collision or has security camera or dash cam video evidence.
