The Ontario Provincial Police are investigating a crash and say impaired driving is to blame.
The crash, on Saturday, was on County Road 31 in Leamington.
Only one vehicle was involved and no one was hurt.
A 21-year-old Stoney Point man is now charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle, driving without a license, and failure to produce a permit.
In addition, officers suspended his license for the next 90 days and impounded his vehicle for a week.
Meanwhile, a Windsor woman is also charged with impaired driving after a traffic stop in Tecumseh.
The OPP pulled over a vehicle on Riverside Drive East on Monday.
Along with a charge of impaired driving, the woman is also charged with dangerous driving and failure of refusal to comply with a demand.
A third driver, a 42-year-old Belle River man, faces impaired driving charges after the OPP pulled his vehicle over in a traffic stop on County Road 22.
The traffic stop on Monday night was near Advance Boulevard.
Like the other two drivers, the OPP says his license was suspended and his vehicle was impounded.
