Police search for assault suspect

Windsor police are looking for a suspect who assaulted a driver following a road rage incident in South Windsor on Sunday.

Around 8:30 p.m., police were called to a parking lot of a restaurant at the intersection of Walker Road and Cabana Road.

The complainant told investigators the suspect approached them in the parking lot and punched them several times before taking off northbound on Riberdy Road.

The victim was treated for minor injuries by EMS.

The suspect is described as a Black man with a light complexion, approximately 5’8” tall, weighing about 130 lbs., with short black hair and facial stubble. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a grey sweatshirt, jeans, and diamond stud earrings. He was driving a blue Honda Civic with a tan interior.
