Windsor police seized a 3-D printer that was actively manufacturing firearms at a Windsor hotel.
Officers say they were conducting a wellness check on a woman at a hotel on Huron Church Drive around 8 p.m. on Wednesday when they discovered the printer.
Officers also found various accessories believed to be used in the manufacturing of firearms.
The Drugs and Guns Unit was called in to search the hotel room. Officers seized multiple 3-D printed weapons, the 3D printer, a laptop, and a cell phone.
Two suspects were arrested and charged with knowingly manufacturing firearms, possession of a firearm without a licence, and possession of computer data for a firearm.
