Around 8 a.m. on January 25, the same man broke into a business on Riverside Drive West and stole around $700.

The two suspects were identified and arrested on Church Street on Wednesday.

A 54-year-old man was charged with break and enter, wearing a disguise to commit an offence, and possession of a break-in instrument.

A 39-year-old woman was charged with break and enter and wearing a disguise to commit an offence.
