A 32-year-old man is facing charges after a collision in Essex on Thursday evening.
Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a reported crash shortly before 8:30 p.m. on County Road 50 East.
A Kingsville man is charged with impaired driving, driving with excessive blood-alcohol content, and dangerous driving.
The charges have not been proven in court. The suspect will have a chance to respond in a Windsor court on April 1.
The driver's vehicle has been impounded for seven days, and his licence is suspended for 90 days.
