A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a 61-year-old man after a 17-year-old girl was sexually assaulted recently.
The Windsor Police Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Unit launched an investigation on January 17, after receiving a tip from a friend of the victim.
Investigators learned the teen was encouraged to drink alcohol before she was restrained and sexually assaulted.
She confided in a friend after the attack.
Police are looking for Lexton Vinnory Blair. He's described as a Black man, 5'7" tall, and about 160 lbs, with balding salt-and-pepper hair.
