The Ontario Provincial Police have made an arrest after someone broke into the former Kingsville District High School.
The OPP were called to the now-closed school just before 4 a.m. on Thursday after the alarm went off.
Inside, police found two people who tried to flee when they saw the officers.
They arrested one suspect. A 38-year-old Kingsville man is now charged with break-and-enter and failure to comply with a probation order. He's expected at the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor on June 2.
Police are still looking for the second suspect. The man had long brown hair and wore a black leather jacket.
