A 45-year-old facing multiple charges, including assault and impaired driving, has been arrested again for breaching their bail conditions.
The individual is before the courts on charges of assault with a weapon, assault on a peace officer, resisting arrest, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, impaired driving, and failure to comply with a release order.
He was released on bail, with conditions to remain under house arrest, in September 2025.
This month, he was found at a hotel on Riverside Drive without his surety.
He was arrested by bail compliance officers and is now facing an additional charge.
