LaSalle police urge common sense after locker break-in

LaSalle police are investigating a theft incident earlier this month at the Vollmer Recreation Centre.

Investigators report that the incident occurred on Friday, March 20. A secured locker was forced open, and valuables were stolen.

Police say it is the latest in a series of incidents at public locker rooms across Windsor-Essex. Incidents have also been reported at the Atlas Tube Recreation Centre in Belle River.

Those using the pool at the Vollmer Complex are urged by police and the Town to store their valuables in the secure lockers located right on the pool deck.
