Investigators have not released many details, but officers were called to the building on Saturday.
With the help of General Service Dog (GSD) Vinny, police were able to find and apprehend a 45-year-old man.
He is charged with break-and-enter to commit an offence, possession of break-in instruments, and two counts of possession of stolen property under $5,000.
