Break-and-enter suspect now on the Wanted in Windsor list

Windsor police are turning to the public for help in finding a man suspected of a March break-and-enter.

Investigators say two people broke into a storage facility in the area of Rhodes Drive and Olive Street, and took a utility trailer carrying an all-terrain vehicle (ATV).

Police are looking for one of the suspects, 41-year-old Bobby St. Jean. He is charged with break-and-enter and theft over $5,000. Despite police efforts, he has not been located.

He is described as White, with a light complexion and a medium build. He is 5’ 11”, 200 pounds, bald, with blue eyes and a full beard.

St. Jean is known to have ties in Windsor and Sarnia.
