Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say a 48-year-old man is in trouble again for violating bail conditions.
The Essex County man was on bail after being charged with intimate partner violence (IPV) in August 2025.
Members of the OPP Essex County Detachment Offender Management Apprehension Program (OMAP) learned that the man was allegedly breaking the bail conditions and arrested him on April 29.
He was charged with failure to comply with a release order, except to attend court.
The man was held for a bail hearing and remanded into custody.
