Minor damage after a pair of Windsor fires

Windsor firefighters were kept busy on Thursday afternoon with two minor incidents.

The first was reported shortly before 2:30 p.m. on Dougall Avenue. Firefighters were called to a home between Pine Street and Erie Street West and noticed smoke.

Fire officials say everyone in the house got out safely. Minimal damage was reported and confined to the ground away from the front porch.
