A Windsor house fire is being investigated after it was deemed suspicious.
On Friday night, Windsor Fire and Rescue Services (WFRS) responded to a home on Windsor Avenue. Fire crews contained the fire that they say started in the basement.
According to an update from officials, the blaze at the two-story home caused an estimated $100,000 in damage. No injuries were reported, but three people and two dogs were displaced.
The fire has been considered suspicious. Windsor police and WFRS were on scene Saturday to conduct an investigation that is said to have wrapped up Sunday.
