LaSalle to close municipal facilities for training later this month

LaSalle Town Hall, the Vollmer Recreation Complex, the public works building, and the Event Centre at LaSalle Landing will shut down on June 24.

The town is conducting a town staff training day.

The Vollmer Recreation Complex will also close on June 25. Staff there will take part in annual training sessions ahead of programs and daycamps this summer.

The town is also reminding residents that all municipal buildings will be closed on July 1 for Canada Day. Government offices typically close for the holiday.

The LaSalle Canada Day celebration is from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. at LaSalle Landing.
