Revi Service, who also goes by the name 'Roger', was last seen at around 6 p.m. on Sunday on Monmouth Street.
Service is described as standing around 5'11" tall with short blonde hair.
Investigators note he was on foot and may be carrying a suitcase.
According to police, they, as well as his family, are concerned for his well-being.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Windsor Police Service.
