As summer activity increases in Windsor, residents are reminded that reporting concerns is quick, convenient, and available 24-hours a day, seven days a week, especially now that the city has updated its app.
The update is supposed to make the app faster and more intuitive for residents reporting a litany of issues to the city, including the location of potholes, dirty yards, dead animal removal, storm-related damage, and missed garbage collection.
Now that the app is updated for both Apple and Android products, it will allow residents to access an even broader list of city services.
The City of Windsor's 311 system provides a single point of contact for municipal services and information. It allows residents to submit requests online or through the Windsor 311 mobile app.
The app is available through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
