Windsor Ward 2 City Councillor Frazier Fathers has announced he's running for re-election.
Fathers was elected in a byelection last fall after Fabio Costante left municipal politics for the top job at the Windsor Essex Housing Corporation.
He faces two other candidates so far, Nick Markham and Anthony Jabbour.
During his campaign last fall, Fathers said he intended to run in this upcoming municipal vote, saying ten months would not be enough time to address the challenges facing Ward 2.
