Windsor Police say the number of offenders it's monitoring electronically has jumped significantly in the past year.
Its Offender Management Unit is currently monitoring 104 offenders electronically, an increase of 116 per cent over the same period last year.
Officers have conducted 197 bail compliance checks, but 42 per cent of offenders were not complying with their court-imposed conditions.
Police have arrested 113 offenders, laid 130 criminal charges, and charged four sureties.
Police say court-ordered conditions exist to protect the community, and when conditions are breached, police hold offenders accountable.
