A 15-year-old is facing charges after allegedly threatening people with a kitchen knife.
Windsor police report they were called to a residence in South Windsor around 10 a.m. Thursday. Officers learned there was an argument over the laundry facilities and the suspect allegedly got a kitchen knife and threatened to stab and kill the victims.
The suspect ran from the scene before police arrived.
Investigators found the suspect and took him into custody.
The suspect is facing charges of assault with a weapon, uttering threats, failure to comply with a release order, and breach of a court order.
