First Chief's Gala to support local organizations

The Windsor Police Service will host the first ever Chief's Gala this fall.

The event will be held at the St. Clair Centre for the Arts on October 1, 2026.

“Strong communities are built through strong partnerships,” said Windsor Police Chief Jason Crowley. “The Chief’s Gala is an opportunity to recognize the people and organizations who help make our community stronger, celebrate the achievements of our members, and support programs that have a meaningful impact across Windsor-Essex.”

The fundraising event will highlight achievements of Windsor police members and raise funds to support Camp Brombal and the Canadian Mental Health Association – Windsor-Essex County Branch (CMHA-WECB).

“The CMHA-WECB is proud to partner with the Windsor Police Service through the Chief’s Gala,” said Nicole Sbrocca, Chief Executive Officer of CMHA-WECB. “Partnerships like this allow us to continue providing essential mental health services and create more opportunities for people to access the care they need. We are proud to be part of an event that brings our community together and helps strengthen the supports available to people across Windsor-Essex.”

Award recipients will be released in the coming weeks.
