A 30-year-old man is being hunted by Windsor police after he fled Canada while under house arrest.
Daymien Alexander Kennedy was charged in December 2025 with sexual assault, sexual interference, three counts of assault with a weapon, assault, publishing an intimate image without consent, two counts of mischief, and uttering threats.
Among his release conditions was that he be confined to house arrest.
"The charges stem from four separate incidents, including the alleged sexual assault of a six-year-old girl; an assault on a woman using a hot torch lighter; and an assault in which a woman was threatened and cut with a knife," read a social media post from Windsor police. "Kennedy is also charged with publishing intimate images of a woman online without her knowledge or consent."
During a routine bail check in April, Windsor police determined that Kennedy had fled to Michigan.
He is now wanted for failure to comply with a release order in addition to the previous counts.
Anyone with information on Kennedy's whereabouts should call Windsor police's Offender Management Unit at (519) 255-6700, extension 4390. Anonymous tips may be submitted to Crime Stoppers at (519) 258-TIPS (8477).
