Windsor police have issued an arrest warrant and charged four people after a drug seizure on Monday.
Police report officers responded to a disturbance on Parent Avenue around 6 a.m.
Officers seized 88.9 grams of suspected fentanyl, 19.6 grams of suspected cocaine, 2.1 grams of suspected crystal methamphetamine, and 115 hydromorphone tablets. Two digital scales, three cellphones, packaging materials, and $7,495 in cash were also recovered.
Four people were arrested and each charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.
Police have issued an arrest warrant for a fifth man who left the home before officers arrived. Velman Santos, 35, is wanted for three counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking and failure to comply with a release order. He is described as a Hispanic man, around 5'9" tall with a medium build, black hair, and a black beard.
