A crackdown followed numerous complaints about e-bikes from the community.
Police laid those charges against riders or their parents.
Another 42 cautions were issued to riders or their parents, and 138 kids or parents were spoken to about e-bike safety.
Children are not supposed to ride e-bikes, and the maximum speed is not allowed to exceed 32 km/h.
