A 63-year-old Windsor man faces a number of sexual-related charges after an investigation in Forest Glade.
Just before 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Windsor Police were called to Esplanade Drive after a report that a man was making sexual gestures at an elementary school.
The suspect was gone by the time officers arrived, but police were called back to the area three hours later, when the same man exposed himself to a mother and her two-year-old child in a nearby park.
With tips from the public and further investigation, Windsor Police identified the suspect.
The man was also identified as a suspect in a sexual assault in the same park last Friday, where a woman said a man tried to kiss her and exposed himself.
The suspect is charged with two counts of committing an indecent act in a public place, sexual assault, and exposing sexual organs to a person under 16.
