One suspect is already in custody after a violent robbery in Windsor in August, but Windsor Police have their sights set on the capture of another.
An arrest warrant has been issued for 27-year-old David Ivan Trombley.
Trombley is described as an Asian man, about 6'2" tall, with a medium build, short black hair, and several face tattoos.
On August 7, a man was assaulted by two men outside a business on Seminole Street.
The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries when the suspects kicked and punched him, before taking his phone.
On September 10, one suspect turned himself over to police and was charged with theft under $5,000.
Trombley is wanted on a charge of assault.
