Spitfires Fall To Sting

The Sarnia Sting doubled the Windsor Spitfires 8-4 in OHL action on Saturday.

Windsor trailed Sarnia 2-1 at the end of the first period and continued one point behind with a score of 5-4 going into the third. The Sting rallied in the final frame scoring three unanswered goals to ensure their win.

Luke Kirwan, Cole Carter, Gabriel Vilardi and Anthony Stefano each scored one for Windsor.

The Spitfires are back on the ice on Thursday for their regular season home opener against the Erie Otters at 7:05pm.
