The Leamington Flyers blanked the Strathroy Rockets 2-0 in GOJHL action on Thursday.
The Flyers drew first blood with a goal 15 minutes into the first period and extended their lead with another goal in the second. The Rockets were unable to make it on the board, with Leamington out shooting them 50-25. After no scoring in the final frame, the Flyers left the ice with the win.
Nicolas Mainella and Cale Phibbs each scored a goal for Leamington.
