The Express scored a 32-25 lead in the first quarter and held a 57-46 advantage at halftime. Windsor extended their lead to 17 points in the third, and outplayed Halifax again in the final frame to win by 18.
Brandon Robinson and Chris Commons led Windsor with 26 points. Billy Rush also put up 15 points and three rebounds.
The Express return home on Friday to take on the Niagara River Lions at 7:30pm.
Hospitals in southwestern Ontario are feeling the effects of underfunding, according to a new report by the CCPA.
