Express Get Past A's in OT 135-134

Seven Windsor Express players scored in double digits in their 135-134 win over the A's at Orangeville Saturday night.

The win comes off the Express' victory Wednesday night at the Clash at the Colosseum event in Windsor and pushes the Express to 7-11 and fourth place in the NBL Central Division.

The A's took an early lead in the fourth quarter but the Express responded and led 60-57 at halftime.  Windsor dominated the offence in the third quarter, but Orangeville responded with a strong fourth quarter and forced the overtime period.  Windsor outscored the A's in the extra period 14-13.

Quinnel Brown led the Express with 27 points.  He shot 10-for-16 in field goals in 45 minutes on the hardwood.  Warren Ward scored 22 points and sank six out of eight three-point attempts.  Jerard Jarreau added 21 points.  Juan Pattillo had a double double with 16 points and led the Express with 11 rebounds.

Justin Moss led all scorers with 34 points for the A's and led Orangeville with nine boards.  Rahlir Hollis-Jefferson added 20 points while Alex Johnson sank 24 points and had ten assists.

The Express go for three in a row Sunday afternoon when they host Kitchener-Waterloo at the WFCU Centre.
