Jr. hockey wrap-up – September 18, 2018

The Essex 73's edged the Lakeshore Canadiens 3-2 in overtime in Junior C hockey action on Tuesday.

Dallas Anderson scored the game-winner for Essex in OT, while Sylvano Valente and Matt Zelko both scored during regular play.

Eric Larue scored both goals for Lakeshore in the second period.

The Canadiens will head to Dresden on Friday to battle the Kings at 7:30 p.m. And then on September 25, the 73's are on home ice again to face off against the Petrolia Flyers at 7 p.m.
