American Kyle Kirkwood has won the 2025 Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix.
This was his second win of the season, with the first being the Acura Grand Prix back in April in Long Beach.
Kirkwood led for 48 laps, nearly half of the 100-lap race.
Christian Rasmussen, who finished in 24th place, led the second-most laps with 21.
Second place went to Santino Ferrucci, while coming in third was Colton Herta.
Scott Dixon, last year's winner, finished in 11th place. He led the race for just two laps.
Meanwhile, Kirkwood's win puts him 12 points from second place in the IndyCar points standings. Despite being in third place, Kirkwood remains 102 points behind leader Alex Palou.
