Ontario Agriculture Minister Jeff Leal and some representatives of the province's agri-food sector are headed for China later this month.
Leal says they're following up on interest shown in Ontario agricultural products during the Premier's visit there last fall.
The delegation will reflect the interest the Chinese have apparently shown in a wide range of Ontario products.
Leal says the Chinese recognize Ontario's superior brand of agricultural products and represent the largest consumer market in the world.
The provincial delegation will be visiting China from April 15th to the 25th.
It includes representatives from Beef Farmers of Ontario and Ontario Pork.
