They call themselves Bees Matter.
It's described as a partnership of agricultural organisations with a vested interest in pollinator health.
The group's latest project is Buzzing Gardens.
It's a national program that provides Canadians with free seeds to plant pollinator-friendly gardens.
Spokesman Greg Sekulic says it's a way to help Canadians get involved in supporting honey bees, just as the agriculture community has always done.
People can visit the Bees Matter website and order a free Buzzing Garden seed packet.
Each packet contains seasonal and perennial seeds to plant a 5 square foot garden that has been approved by Pollinator Paprtnership Canada to attract and feed pollinators.
The Canadian Honey Council, Communities in Bloom and the Pollinator Partnership have all partnered with Bees Matter on this project.
Grain Farmers of Ontario, the Canola Council of Canada and the Canadian Horticultural Council are part of the Bees Matter group.
So are Bayer CropScience, Syngenta and CropLife Canada.
