Clinton And Trump Argue Issues In Final Debate

The third and final presidential debate saw its fair share of jabs as the Republican and Democratic candidates weighed in on a number of issues.

Hilary Clinton and Donald Trump squared off for the debate at UNLV in Las Vegas on Wednesday, with Fox News Channel's Chris Wallace acting as moderator.

The debate was divided into six 15-minute segments: immigration, the economy, the national debt, the Supreme Court, foreign hot spots and fitness to be president. The two also clashed over gun rights and Russian President Vladimir Putin.

During the debate, Trump refuted the claim that his plans would increase the country's debt, adding that he intended to power growth by creating jobs. Clinton also stated that she would not add a penny to the national debt.

Trump once again attacked Clinton’s use of a private email server when she was secretary of state, accused her of helping to destabilize the Middle East, and cited her vote to invade Iraq.

Clinton urged those watching the debate to Google Trump and the Iraq war to prove that he supported the invasion, despite his claims to the contrary.

When asked about appointing nominees to the Supreme Court, Clinton cited the importance of marriage equality and abortion rights, while Trump said he intends to appoint pro-life judges who would overturn the Supreme Court decision of Roe V. Wade.

Trump brushed off multiple accusations of sexual harassment and assault against him, which arose following the release a 2005 tape that recorded Trump making demeaning remarks about women.

Having been repeatedly quoted in the past as saying the election is "rigged", Trump also refused to answer if he would accept the results of the presidential election. He added that he will make the decision election day.

This was the final debate for the two presidential candidates, with most Americans set to cast their votes on November 8.
