The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has seized 55 kilograms of cocaine and $800,000 in cash at the Windsor border.
Police said the $5.5 million worth of near pure cocaine (96-97 per cent pure) was found hidden in a transport truck from California on February 19 at the Ambassador Bridge.
Three Ontario men in a drug-smuggling operation linked to Mexico were busted during the investigation that began 15 months ago. The OPP said the suspects face 15 charges and more charges are possible.

Deputy Commissioner Rick Barnum said too many vibrant communities across Ontario are being ruined by illegal drugs but police are getting much better at getting them off the streets.
"I've been in this business a long time and where we were five years ago or 10 years ago or 15 years ago doesn't compare to where we are today," said Barnum.
Several agencies, including the Canada Border Services Agency and Homeland Security helped with the bust.
Barnum called the suspects "greedy" with no regard for public safety.
"Illicit drugs are still being pumped into our communities and the culprits are sharing profits in the millions of dollars," he added.
Barnum said this alleged Ontario crime ring was very sophisticated but has now been dismantled and warned others that they will be taken down too.
"If you're in a business like this and you're dealing in organized crime and you're trafficking drugs or guns and you're ruining people and breaking up families, I can tell you that we will meet you [sooner or later]," the deputy commissioner said.
