Chatham man charged with failing to comply
A 42-year-old Chatham man is charged with breaching his probation order following reports of a suspicious man.
It's alleged that the 42-year-old had been inside of a store on Sunday night, however, he had previously been ordered to stay away from the location. As a result, the Chatham man has a future court date set for November 19 to answer to the charge.

Drivers stopped for speeding
Several drivers have been busted for allegedly speeding on Longwoods Road.
Chatham-Kent police officers conducted traffic enforcement on Longwoods Road near Prince Albert Road on Sunday afternoon. During that time, 13 tickets were issued to drivers for speeding and other Highway Traffic Act offences.

Police investigate weekend thefts
Officers are investigating a couple of thefts in Chatham-Kent that took place over the weekend.
In one case, a red 2011 Honda TE3 ATV was reported stolen from a residence on Railroad Street in Thamesville. Police said the theft happened sometime between Saturday and Sunday. The ATV, which is worth approximately $5,000, did not have a license plate attached to it.
In a separate incident, police were called about a theft in Wheatley where various power tools were reported stolen. Police said the tools, which are worth approximately $450, were taken from a garage on Julian Street.

Wanted man arrested
Chatham-Kent police have arrested a 47-year-old man, wanted for assault causing bodily harm and failing to attend court.
Officers found the wanted man on Sunday night. Police said he was held in custody for a bail hearing.
