Area waterways are overflowing after a month's worth of rain in just 15 hours across the region.
As a result, the Maitland Valley Conservation Authority, the Ausable-Bayfield Conservation Authority and the Grand River Conservation Authority are all asking citizens to stay away from watercourses for the next couple days until rivers and streams subside.
