A company plans to set up shop in Bruce County to work with Bruce Power and clients worldwide.
Kinectrics is opening two new facilities which are expected to create 50 jobs in the region over the next several years.
The Company has purchased a 37,000 sq ft. facility at the Bruce Energy Centre, near Tiverton.
Kinectrics has also purchased 9 acres of industrial property in Teeswater, to build a 40,000 sq. ft facility.
That facility will be increased to 100,000 sq. ft if there is sufficient demand. Kinectrics may also expand at the Bruce Energy Centre.
The company is a leading testing, inspection, certification and consulting company with over 25 lab and testing facilities for the electricity industry world wide.
Kinectrics is a key Bruce Power supplier providing life cycle management through inspection robotics, replacement components, electrical, chemistry, safety and licensing support programs.
