Portions of midwestern Ontario are bracing for the possibility of more snow.
Environment Canada has issued a snow squall watch for the entire Bruce Peninsula and northern Grey County for later tonight and Sunday. This covers Tobermory, Saugeen Shores, Owen Sound and neighbouring communities.
The weather agency says southwesterly winds may lead to snow squall development for areas northeast of Lake Huron overnight. The winds will change direction early Sunday morning, leading to snow squall development east of Lake Huron.
Total snowfall amounts of 15 centimetres to 25 centimetres are possible by Sunday evening for areas that remain under these snow squall bands for an extended period of time. This may cause road conditions to deteriorate.
