Seaforth's Robyn Doig launches her professional golf career this week. She'll be playing in Brook Henderson's tournament in Smith Falls. Doig explains Monday is the pro-am and practice day and then the two-day tournament starts on Tuesday.
Doig admits she's never played the Smith Falls course but has been told it's very similar to the Seaforth course in that it's not exceptionally long but does require accuracy so she's looking forward to playing. Doig adds she also looking forward to the tournament because right now the strongest part of her game is her putting and she's going to need that to do well this week.
Doig graduated from the University of Central Florida this spring.
