The Kincardine Bulldogs have their new head coach moving forward.
Todd Norman will take the reins for the upcoming season.
The Gowanstown native and former Listowel Cyclones assistant head coach will bring his experience forward.
Bulldogs GM Warren Beisel says there were two key factors in their choice.
"His experience working with the Listowel Cyclones for three seasons and being under Jason Brooks certainly helped," said Beisel. "A certainly Todd's playing experience, his resume is pretty long."
Norman played four seasons with the Guelph Storm between 93-94 and 96-97. In his final year he was the teams' captain and scored 47 goals with 105 points.
He also spent a number of seasons in the ECHL and played university hockey at St. Francis Xavier in Nova Scotia.
From a coaching standpoint, he spent three seasons with the Listowel Cyclones between the 15-16 and 17-18 seasons winning two Cherrey Cups and a Sutherland Cup.
The Kincardine Bulldogs finished this past season third in the PJHL Pollock Division with a 23-16-1-2 record and lost in the semi-finals to the Wingham Ironmen.
Kincardine last won their division in 2015-16 under the former Western Jr. C banner in a seven game marathon with the Walkerton Hawks.
